Having been on the receiving end of several shoddy services from Estate and Letting agents in the past, where customer service has proven to be poor, and relationships less personal, and protocols elevated above relationships, we decided to set up an Estate and Lettings agency that will change all that, so, we want to put relationship above protocols.
It is also the personal dream of the brains behind Modesty Property Consultants to see homelessness ended in the UK, and we feel Estate Agents can do a lot more to make this happen, so, one of our cardinal social responsibility is to channel resources towards supporting the homeless and helping provide shelter for people in that situation.
To achieve this, we aim to donate a part of whatever we earn per sale to a homeless charity, to support the work they are doing, initially, and later to move towards directly getting involved ourselves in whatever capacity we can, to provide practical and effective support to the homeless, and provide a home for them where possible.
